Home made cat toy
Daddycat’s made me a puzzle toy. It’s an idea from one of Vicky Halls’ cat psychology books.
I quite like it! He puts a biscuit inside, and then If I can get it out with my paw, I get to eat it! It’s quite difficult to do, but I know a TRICK! If put the whap on it, all the biscuits fly out, almost into my mouth!
Then he made the base a little more stable, and It doesn’t work any more…

I’ll get the hang of it eventually!

Our mum bean saw this mentioned in Your Cat Magazine a while back and set about collecting those tubes. Only daddy bean threw them in the recycler!

What a great “enrichment” toy for you! One time at Lion Country Safari, they gave all the big cats small pumpkins and gourds to play with.
Freya, your Daddycat is very clever. This is a great idea! I get bored of my toys so quick. Nanny will try to make me one too! Your Daddycat did very well! He can write French! He is definitely better than Nanny. Nanny found English hard to master.

Mom made that for us too. It’s very much fun and I’m a pro at it! I get the treats out real fast. Siena can only eat the ones I let fall to the ground. Ha!
